With 28 years of dedicated service in the United States Army, Loron Grantham brings a unique combination of leadership, operational experience, and a deep understanding of what makes organizations successful.

Loron’s journey began when he enlisted in high school as a generator mechanic. Early in his career, he discovered a passion for leadership and made the decision to pursue becoming an officer. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Education from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, he was commissioned into the U.S. Army Engineer Corps as a Lieutenant.

Throughout his military career, Loron led teams in some of the most demanding environments, including training missions and combat operations in Iraq. After being promoted to Major, he continued expanding his leadership expertise by earning his MBA with a certificate in Project Management from Grantham University Online, now the University of Arkansas Grantham.

Loron’s experience spans complex engineering operations, disaster response efforts, and large-scale project management. He has helped coordinate engineering missions across Central and South America, supported federal responses to major disasters, including recovery efforts following the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of America and life-saving operations after Hurricane Florence and managed projects ranging from $3 million initiatives with small teams to programs exceeding $60 million with more than 80 personnel.

But throughout his career, Loron learned that the most important factor in any project’s success isn’t just the plan, the budget, or the timeline…it’s the people. The right people, working within the right organizational culture, are what turn challenges into accomplishments.

After retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel, Loron founded his recruiting company with a mission to help organizations build stronger teams by connecting the right talent with the right opportunities. His focus is on understanding people, recognizing potential, and helping companies create the kind of workplace environments where both employees and organizations can thrive.

His passion for the construction industry comes from the incredible sense of accomplishment that comes with watching a vision become reality: from an empty piece of land to a completed structure that will serve communities for years to come. Loron understands that every successful project begins long before construction starts: it begins with the people who bring it to life.
